Osadcha (Makovska) Klavdia Petrivna was born on 19, December, 1928 in Drabok village, District of Borodyanka, Kiev region in farmer’s family.

She died on 14, December, 2005 and is buried in Krasnyi Rig village, Borodyanka District, Kiev Region.

Worked as a head of Ivankiv District archive from 25, March, 1955 to March, 1995.

There were kept 13 funds of institutions of Ivankiv District in archive in 1955. They included 4354 documents. In 1995 there were 162 funds, 20514 documents.

During her working-period, Klavdia Petrivna Osadcha was awarded the diploma of the Main Archival Administration under the Council of Ministers of the USSR and USSR, the diploma of the Executive Committee of the Regional Council of People's Deputies, executive committee of Ivankiv District Council of People's Deputies, in 1983 was awarded the medal “Veteran Labor”.

Osadcha K. P. was an Ivankiv Village Council deputy from 1957 to 1982, People assessor of Ivankov District Court from 1975 to 1982.

The self-supporting group worked in Archive from 1964. It arranged Archive’s documents in Ivankiv and Chernobyl Districts. While Osadcha K. P. worked in archive boxes for all the documents were bought. The research unit of Archive was generated, it includes documents description, catalogue, the list of funds.
